Our main focus is on rescuing SENIOR dogs, cats and horses as well as pets with CHRONIC DISEASES and/or PERMANENT DISABILITIES and allowing them to live out their lives comfortably in our care.

These are the pets that are commonly labeled “unadoptable” and would almost certainly be ‘put to sleep’ at other shelters. They require extra dedication and funding to keep them comfortable and content at the end of their lives.

We also often have younger, healthy animals available for adoption. Please visit our "Adoptable" pages if you are looking for a new 4-legged family member.

Our organization survives solely on donations from caring, animal-loving individuals like you. Our volunteers open their hearts and their homes to these animals but take absolutely no compensation for their work: 100% of all monies taken in goes toward the on-going treatment and lifetime care of these unwanted pets.  We need your help to ensure that these pets receive the best possible care for the remainder of their days.
